| Description | 1). Phase 2 would consist of 100% sealant joint replacement on the existing facade limestone panels from the bottom of the third level to the ground level. The exterior joint replacement on the main CJF exterior walls would be accessed by swing stage scaffolding. Exterior joint replacement would include removal of existing joint material, prep joint, install new joint filler as needed, new backer rood (compression seal) and polyurethane sealant (tooled finish). 2). Also Phase 2 would include spall repair on the existing limestone panels, limestone crack repair, replacement of damaged / deteriorated limestone panels that are beyond repair, and replacement of 100% parapet coping sealant joints with new backer rod, sealant , and new lead T-caps Goal TBE:25% |
