Dresden Park Stream Bank Stabilization

Outside of the envelope must be marked "Bid for Dresden Park Tiered Bioretention and Stream Restoration Project." Envelope must also bear, on the outside, the name of the bidder, bidder's address, and bidder's license number. All bids must be made on blank forms provided and included in the bound document or as provided by Addendum prior to bid. The work will consist of installation of a tiered bioretention pond, sidewalk, and stream restoration and stabilization measures.The work will be awarded in one Contract.The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and technicalities. Bidders must comply with the President's Executive Order No. 11246, as amended, which prohibits discrimination in employment regarding race, creed, color, sex, or national origin. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a cash deposit or certified check, drawn on a bank or trust company insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, in an amount equal to not less than 5 percent of the proposal. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of 90 days. All questions must be submitted in written form to W.K. Dickson & Co., Inc. (address above) or to rlawrence@wkdickson.com. The deadline for submitting questions is August 18, 2022. The Contractor shall comply with the Department of Labor Safety and Health Regulations for construction promulgated under the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 (PL91-596) and under Section 107 of the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act (PL91-54), or latest revisions. All Equipment/Manufacturer "Or-Equal" Qualification Packages, per the Instructions to Bidders (Document 00 21 14), must be submitted at least ten days prior to the advertised bid date. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and technicalities.
