Description

Old Rucker Park is an approximately 10-acre tract of land that was once a commercial nursery and is home to a variety of species of plants and trees. The rolling topography of the property is highlighted by a small stream that runs through the park. While a small section of the site has been developed into an operating educational farm, the Farm at Old Rucker Park, approximately 7.5 acres remain to be planned and developed into a passive recreational space. The proposed project involves the design of the remaining 7.5 acres and the construction and installation of the trails, restrooms, and amenities necessary for the property to be a functional passive park space.
