Concrete Replacement Project Community Athletic Center

Sealed proposals will be received from pre-qualified subcontractors and suppliers at the time and place as indicated in the Invitation to Bid. The time shall be as determined by the clock in the receptionist office. Bids will be received, either in person or via the mail, on or before the due date and time. NO PRE-BID MEETING The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids or any bid or to waive any irregularities in any bid, or to accept any bid which will best serve the interests of the Owner. Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the bid total shall be submitted with proposals at time of bid. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required from the successful bidders. All current Wyoming Preference Acts, Statutes and Laws shall be in effect. The Subcontractor shall furnish bonds covering faithful performance of the Contract and payment of obligations arising there under. Bonds may be obtained through the Subcontractor's usual source and the cost thereof shall be included in the Contract Sum. The amount of each bond shall be equal to 100 percent of the Contract Sum. The Payment Bond and the Performance Bond shall be accompanied by Certified Copy of Power of Attorney and signed or countersigned by a Wyoming resident agent of Bonding Company. Bidder hereby agrees to commence work under this contract any time after 5/1/2023 and to be substantially complete with the project by 8/18/2023. Bidder further agrees to pay liquidated damages, the sum of $500.00 per calendar day until the work is not substantially complete as set forth in the Bid Documents.
