Description

6/15/23: Added Questions and Answers to attachments. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W50S8D23R0005 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01. This acquisition is being solicited as a total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310 with a small business size standard of $12.5 million. Only one (1) award will be made as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation. The 105th Airlift Wing is seeking services at our facility in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). 0001 - Replace Generator in Building 108 at Stewart ANG in Newburgh NY. This replacement is in support of mission requirements. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price that meets or exceeds the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), which is deemed responsible in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation and whose Quote conforms to the solicitation requirements. Wage Determination No. 2015-4159, Revision 22 dated 05/10/2023 applies to this procurement. Quotes are due no later than 10:00 AM EST, 29 June 2023.
