Description

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority ("MTA") acting by and through MTA Construction and Development Company ("MTA C&D"), seeks to engage a consultant organization to provide Project Management Consultant services, consisting of Construction Management and Design Compliance services of the Developer Contract. The Developer Contract consists of ADA accessibility upgrades, station improvements, repairs, and elevator replacements at 13 subway stations (Eight ADA stations and the five elevator replacement stations) in New York City. The Project will be delivered through a design-build-finance-maintain, public-private partnership with a Developer. The PMC will represent the MTA and provide comprehensive professional services to manage and administer the Project. These services shall include, but are not limited to: project management, construction management, projects controls, technical reviews and dispositions, payment management, change order management, and all services reasonably inferable to manage and complete the Developer Project. The PMC will provide these services with oversight from the MTA, and with the direction of the Project Chief Executive Officer. The RFP document will aid you in preparing the written Technical and Cost Proposals.
