**As of November 11, 2022 the project was not awarded and all the bids are rejected. HVAC Upgrades at Roosevelt Public School Roosevelt Borough School District Roosevelt, NJ 08555 The Bidders are advised that all applicable Federal, State, and Municipal laws, ordinances, rules and regulations, including the Public Schools Contracts Law NJSA 18A:18A-1, and the Affirmative Action Requirements at P.L. 1975, c.127, of all authorities having jurisdiction over construction work in the locality of the project, shall apply to this contract throughout. All bidders must be pre-qualified by the NJ Department of the Treasury DPMC, in Category C039, HVAC Work, prior to the date bids are received. Named subcontractors, including Electrical CO47, General Construction C008 or General Construction/Alterations C009 shall also be DPMC Pre-Qualified. All questions pertaining to the contract documents, technical sections, legal documents, and bid submission shall be directed in writing to James Nichols AIA LEED AP via e-mail to jpnarch@gmail.com. The Millstone Board of Education reserves the right to reject all bids pursuant to New Jersey Statutes and to make an award deemed to be in the best interest of the School District.
