The scope of work generally consists of (but is not limited to) replacing and upgrading the Tower roof and roof functions, renovations to Tower cab and lower tower shaft floors. Renovations include most finishes, most millwork, most elec- trical, and all HVAC. Sitework and Utilities for a temporary tower, minor exterior enhancements and a secondary weather tower site are included.
