21-23 SWR Regionwide Basic Safety - Signing

Site work for a road / highway in Vancouver, Washington. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway. STIP ID 400021S06 This project updates signing at various locations throughout the region to address worn and/or non-reflective signing, and may also update sign posts. This work will assist the traveling public with improved sign visibility. As of June 22, 2022, this project is in Final Planning status. Preliminary engineering is expected to be begin in the fourth quarter of 2021 and environmental design is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2023. The contract advertisement is expected in second quarter of 2023 and construction is anticipated to be operationally complete in the first quarter of 2024.
