Description The purpose of this bid is to establish a standard hourly rate for non-emergency and emergency electrical services on an as needed basis. The electrical services shall include but is not limited to the following: testing, locating and repairing all underground cables, new installations, renovations, underground installations, controls (repairs, installation and troubleshooting), repair athletic ball field lights, and any other repairs deemed necessary by County personnel. For projects with an estimated cost of $35,000 or less, the awarded low bid (Primary Contractor) will get first opportunity. If unavailable/unable, County departments will contact Secondary Contractors for projects with an estimated cost of $35,000 or less. All electrical service providers listed on the awarded priority list will be requested to quote as specified for each project estimated to be over $35,000.
