Description	The primary work will involve but not be limited to; general Planning support to the Corps’ Civil Works Program. This will include all aspect of Civil Works, to include but not limited to, General Investigations, Continuing Authorities program, Planning Assistance to States, and Flood Plain Management Services. Classifications in support of the contract shall include the following: Principle/Expert, Senior Project Manager, Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Water Resource Planner, Hydraulic/Hydrologic Engineer, Coastal Engineer, Cost Estimating, Geotechnical Engineer, Economist, Ecologist/Environmental Scientist, Geologist/Hydrogeologist, Environmental Engineer, Soil Engineer, GIS Specialist, Bioengineer, NEPA Specialist, CAA Specialist, HTRW Assessment Specialist, Habitat Assessment Specialist, Real Estate Assessment Specialist, Technical Writing, Archeologist/Cultural Resources Specialist, Clerical/Administrative and Clean Air Specialist. The selected firm will be used primarily for Architect-Engineering Services in support of the (PCX-SCRM) or other Corp Districts or Divisions or in support of other agencies and at other locations may be a part of this contract.
