S2--Conference Room Carpet Replacement

The MICC End User requires the following items, Brand Name or Equal, to the following: LI 001: Conference room requires carpet replacement that encompasses several inlays and colors. Carpet must be commercial grade with the highest level available of stain resistance and durability. Carpet replaced is approximately 1550 sq ft in total to include trimming all carpet to exactly fit all corners, edges and electrical outlets. All color selection and designs must be approved by the customer prior to ordering carpet. Remove all furniture and store in temporary assigned area on same floor. Remove all carpet and properly dispose. Repair floor and level in accordance with industry standards and NYS code. Install carpet, Provide minor electrical services for carpet installation and removal if required, Replace current woodwork (if removed for installation). Return conference room to its “as is” condition., 1, EA;
