Description

Roof repair and maintenance on portable classroom buildings per plans and specs. Start/Delivery Date 6/12/2023 Project Duration 14 Days Liquidated Damages $750/Day Online QandA Yes QandA Deadline 05/10/2023 4:00 PM (PDT) District shall award the contract for the Project to the lowest responsive, responsible Bidder as determined by District from the BASE BID + ALLOWANCE. District reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any Bids or in the bidding process. Introduction This project is located at Wilson elementary School and will consist of installing 3 new roof systems and the rehabilitation of metal roofing of 13 portables. o The Contractor will be responsible for providing a complete turn-key finished product included in all related contract documents. o Contractor will provide all labor and materials o Contractor to provide all required submittals. Wilson Elementary Specification to install the new roof system and rehabilitation of metal roofing is provided. The Contractor is responsible for providing all materials and labor necessary to complete the project. Please refer to the following attached plans and specifications. Each Bidder shall complete the questionnaire provided herein and shall submit the questionnaire along with its Bid. Failure to provide all information requested within the questionnaire along with the Bid may cause the Bid to be rejected as non-responsive. The District reserves the right to reject any Bid if an investigation of the information submitted does not satisfy the District that the Bidder is qualified to properly carry out the terms of the Contract. QUESTIONS Questions regarding the Contract Documents, requests for interpretations or clarifications, either administrative or technical, may be directed to the Districts PlanetBids web portal under the project link. All will be answered in writing, posted on-line, and conveyed to all interested Bidders. Oral statements regarding this Bid by any persons should be considered unverified information unless confirmed in writing. No members of the District's staff or Board of Education should be contacted about this procurement during the bidding process. Any and all inquiries and comments regarding this Bid must be communicated in writing, unless otherwise instructed by the District. The District may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any Bidder who engages in any prohibited communications.
