| Description | Provide all labor, material, equipment, submittals, for two (2) separate roof areas. The upper roof is 13,720 square feet and lower roof is 952 square feet. The G-335 Roof Replacement includes the removal of existing roofing system to the existing lightweight concrete. Removal of existing flashings, edge metal, wood blocking and remove obsolete photocell post from parapet wall. The new roof replacement includes installation of a 2.0 inch pour of new lightweight concrete insulation, a nailed base sheet with Tri-Fix fasteners, and a two-ply SBS modified torch applied roofing system with a mineral surface. Installation of new wood blocking, fire rated membrane over exposed wood, new scuppers coated with Alsan Flashing. New scupper boxes, edge metal, gutters, and downspouts as specified. New 8.0 foot by 8.0-foot sumps will be created around each through wall scupper and tapered insulation in sump areas. Remove air terminals and lightning protection system and reinstall air terminals with temporary adhesive. Replace existing ground posts, new posts shall be flashed with ALSAN. The additional repair items shall include the lightweight concrete slope, parapet wall, grounding wires, air terminals, and downspouts. | ||
