2021 Pleasant Township Road Maintenance Program - Bulk Stone Bid and Repaving Bid

Separate bids for furnishing bulk stone and for performing berming, asphalt paving and chip sealing. Bulk Stone Bid: Bids for furnishing bulk stone shall be quoted per-ton delivered to the Pleasant Township storage lot located at 3005 Lancaster-Thornville Road NE for the following materials: 304 Limestone, 411/617 Limestone, #2/#4 Limestone, #8 Limestone, #57 Limestone, Type C/Type D rip rap. Repaving Bid: Bids shall be submitted on a unit cost basis for the following materials to be placed on roads within Pleasant Township as directed by Trustees. MC-3000, MC-800, MWS-90 and RS-2 – per gallon applied (est. 60,000 gal.) #8 and #57 gravel – per ton applied #8 and #57 limestone – per ton applied (est. 1,500 tons) #404 and #405 asphalt hot mix – per ton applied with self-propelled traveling mixing plant using emulsion for paving #404 and #405 asphalt hot mix – per ton FOB bidder’s plant (est. 700 tons).
