Noel Community Revitalization Project The City of Noel would like to procure a vendor to replace the roof of two of the three continuous buildings on Main Street that have been abandoned, after COVID, they were subsequently passed over to the city. The buildings are at the following location 300-306 Main Street Noel, MO 64854. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and State prevailing wage rates to be paid under the contract and E.O. 11246.
