| Description | 3rd Avenue Water Main Replacement. Owner as liquidated damages, and not as a penalty, the amount of five hundred dollars ($500.00) per calendar day for each and every part of a day thereafter that said work is not Substantially Complete. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for the construction of approximately 1,325 linear feet of 2-inch to 6-inch water main, water services, sanitary sewer cleanouts, and associated abandonment of existing pipeline and appurtenances, erosion controls, traffic control, and pavement and site restoration including concrete curbing, sidewalks, and driveway aprons as specified in the contract documents. |
