The project will include the construction of a 784 square feet, CMU, park restroom and shower building that is also a storm shelter, and minor adjacent site improvements. All required site, building construction, mechanical, electrical and plumbing work shown in the Contract Documents shall be included under this contract. . A Pre-Bid Meeting will not be held.
