| Description | Location at the City of Portland Riverton Drive and Springbrook Way in Portland Housing Authority. 1. Removal of existing twin 54" corrugated metal culvert, single 36" corrugated metal culvert and related flared end sections, dewatering, shoring and bracing and related work 2. Coordination with utilities for temporary relocation (gas and water) during construction 3. Over excavate for placement of geotextiles, crushed stone 4. Placement of twin 60" HDPE culverts and single 36" HDPE Culvert and related flared end sections including dewatering soil disposal, backfill compaction and related work 5. Removal and reinstalling of guide rail 6. Construction of temporary roadway for placement of twin 54" culverts and removal of temporary roadway 7. Construction of scour protection at outlet and inlets of culverts 8. Reconstruction of roadway, curb and sidewalk 9. Placement of topsoil, seed, fertilizer and mulch. 10.
