Tree Planting

Questions regarding this bid must be submitted in writing to Jacqueline Scalia at jscalia@glenrocknj.net. Each proposal must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder. Address to the Borough of Glen Rock and plainly mark on the outside of the envelope "Tree Planting Bid" Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, bid bond, or cashier's check in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount bid, but not in excess of $20,000. Certified checks to be made payable to the Borough of Glen Rock. All bids must be enclosed in a properly sealed envelope bearing on the outside the name of the bidder and the nature of the bid contained therein. Each bid must be accompanied by Consent of Surety. Bidders are required to comply with the New Jersey Business Registration Requirements. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127, and Chapter 33, P.L. 1977. The Mayor and Council reserve the right to waive any informalities or to reject any and all bids.
