The project involves but is not limited to the complete construction of public improvements for the reconstruction of several streets. Individual elements of work shall include, but are not limited to: 1. Removal of bituminous pavement, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalk and driveways, pipe and other miscellaneous items. 2. Clearing and grubbing. 3. Street excavation. 4. Sanitary sewer construction. 5. Water main construction. 6. Storm sewer construction. 7. Concrete curbing and driveway pavement construction. 8.
