Ballardvale Playground Phase 2 - FAC-5- Town of Andover

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Andover, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot. Ballardvale Playground - The first phase of the Ballardvale playground renovation included playground equipment and walkways. Funds are requested for a second phase which will address the ballfield and basketball court, as well as the fencing and perimeter walking path. This project is included in the town's FY 2022-2026 Capital Improvement Program.
