Construction of Harbor Palms Infrastructure Project Phase 2

Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, hardware, and incidentals to complete the Work specified within the Technical Specifications and Technical Drawings, which are part of this contract, associated with the Harbor Palms Infrastructure Project – Phase 2. The major elements of this Contract include the construction of new water mains including service connections and other appurtenances, replacement and upgrades to sidewalks and roadways, and upgrades to the underdrain. Work includes directionally drilling of high density polyethylene (HDPE) and open cutting of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) water mains, valves, and fittings; milling and resurfacing and full depth reconstruction of existing asphalt roads; pouring of concrete curb, gutters, driveways, and sidewalks; installation of new stormwater pipes as directed on the Drawings; grouting and filling of all abandoned piping; providing signs and thermoplastic street markings.

Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks, Storm Drainage Utilities, Ponds and Reservoirs, Storm Drainage Structures.
