Paleo Well 3 Construction Completion

For Paleo Well 3 Construction Completion The Scope of Work is as defined under Division 01 - Section 01110 of the Contract Documents and is generally summarized as follows: 1. Work under this Contract consists of all labor and materials necessary for constructing, testing, notifications, quality control and coordination complete with all equipment and accessories, including but not limited to the following: a. Well b. Access road to well site c. Well house and site improvements d. Well pump, piping, valves, and instrumentation in well house as allowance from A.C. Schultes. e. Raw water main and interconnections f. Electrical and mechanical installations for well house and pump to include backup generator g. SCADA h. Electrical service to building 2. The work under this Contract includes all requirements to provide fully finished and operable improvements including miscellaneous items and incidentals as indicated, shown, specified or required to complete the work in strict conformity with the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, appliances, materials and incidentals, and shall perform all operations required to completely finish all of the work to the satisfaction of the Owner and the Engineer. The Contractor shall be obligated to furnish a complete and functioning facility.
