D264929, PIN 280653, FA Proj Y240-2806-533, Oneida Co., PAVEMENT REHABILITATION, NYS RTE 921E and 921T, Town and Village of New Hartford, City of Utica., Bid Deposit: 5% of Bid (~ $375,000.00) , Goals: DBE: 6.00% This project is a pavement rehabilitation project within the Town and Village of New Hartford. Project limits are along Genesee Street (NYS Route 921E) from the intersection with NYS Route 12 to the village line, and, along Campion Road, Oxford Road, and Mill Street (NYS Route 921T) from the New Hartford Shopping Center driveway to the connection with NYS Route 8 Southbound. This 1.7-mile pavement rehabilitation project will be completed using a 2 inch micromill with a 2 inch overlay. Traffic signals and pedestrian facilities within the project limits will be improved. Roadside safety elements will be addressed including guiderail, drainage, and signs. The objective of this project is to improve the pavement ride quality and safety of the roadway. This project is located in the MOHAWK VALLEY region and includes the following: Counties ONEIDA Villages NEW HARTFORD The current status of the project is In Development. The Bid Opening is expected to be in Winter 2022/2023. Construction is expected to begin in Winter 2022/2023. Construction is expected to be completed in Fall 2023.
