Description

As of February 14, 2024, per owner, they are slated to begin late 2025. A design team has not been identified. Through this Request for Offers ("RFO"), PROSPER PORTLAND, the economic development and urban renewal agency for the City of Portland, Oregon ("City"), is seeking offers from qualified developers to acquire and develop a parcel known as the AIP Building or the "Property." The AIP Building was acquired by Prosper Portland in 2008 to further facilitate implementation of the Lents Town Center Revitalization Strategy. The property totals 33,071 square feet (0.76 acres) and is located at 9231 SE Foster Road, Portland, Oregon. Located in the Lents Town Center Tax Increment Finance District, Lents Neighborhood, and the Lents Grown Business District, within walking distance of both the Tri-Met light rail and bus service, the AIP Building is one of the first structures you notice when entering Lents Town Center. The deadline for questions regarding this RFO is August 10, 2022. Questions about any matter contained in this RFO should be emailed to Windol Cador (email to: cadorw@prosperportland.us). Prosper Portland is seeking experienced development teams that can successfully develop the site in accordance with the existing planning and zoning requirements, utilizing it to its best and highest use. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
