| Description | Scope: Demolition of existing cabinets, countertops and floors and replacement thereof. Debris removal is the responsibility of the winning bidder. All materials used in the construction must meet all local, state and federal standards and must adhere to all codes for construction. Winning bidder should measure required areas to determine exact square footage. Kingstree High School School - East: Cooking Class Winning bidder will replace approximately 102 square feet of upper and lower cabinets, hardware, and countertops with backsplash. Winning bidder will replace approximately 500 sq. ft. of VCT flooring. Kingstree High School - West: Cosmetology Class Winning bidder will replace approximately 108 square feet of lower cabinets, hardware, and countertops with backsplash. Winning bidder will replace approximately 2100 sq. ft. of VCT flooring. Winning bidder will mount 22 mirrors (provided by the district) as directed. |
