Asphalt Materials and Supplies

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids with online bid price submittal will be received by the City of Richmond, California, for the will call and delivery purchase of various asphalt materials and supplies as needed throughout the City of Richmond, in strict accordance with the specifications set forth herein for the City of Richmond located at 450 Civic Center Plaza, Richmond, California 94801. The City intends to award multiple contracts from this invitation to bid. Contracts will be issued on the basis of best material prices, unless the general proximity of the bidder’s location in relationship to the job site may entail delivery/waiting constraints that may offset the advantage of low bid. The decision as to which contracts to order from will depend on the availability and quality of materials, price, location of jobs, time restraints, etc. from the City’s customer's standpoint. Awarded contract term will be for three year with the option to extend for two additional years. The City does not guarantee any maximum or minimum purchase of products under any resulting agreement.
