| Description | A.The VIA Metropolitan Transit Amtrak Building is located at 350 Hoefgen Ave, San Antonio, TX, 78205. The building has a barrel roof / canopy surface approximately 3,600 square foot and a flat roof surface of approximately 2,800 square foot. These measurements are to be verified by the Contractor prior to the bid submission. B. The project consists of the replacement of two different types of roof areas: 1) Flat Roof – Install a new Duro-Last Roofing System (See Attachment “A”), or an approved equal, over an existing Bitumen Roof System. 2) Barrel Roof – Install a new Brava Roof Tile System (See Attachment “B”), or an approved equal.
