Lead Abatement Contractor for Lead Stabilization/Cleaning

Lead Paint Abatement (C096) In addition to the decontamination, stabilization and debris clean-up as specified herein, the project includes the removal and discarding of all moveable objects, contents, stored materials, except: 1. Loose components that are historic items and/or original to the building. Such items include: i. Wood trim ii. Wood handrails iii. Metal stair and handrail components iv. Loose metal hardware v. Water fountain fixtures vi. Sections of copper cornice vii. Intact (not corroded) metal ceiling panels 2. Other items which have future use by the Owner. Such items include: i. The mechanical/electrical lift in the gymnasium. ii. Wood bleachers in the gymnasium. 3. Ask the architect for direction when in doubt or for items not listed herein.
