Description

Site Directions: Washington Street The project includes the Installation of (2) 88"x54" RCAP Culverts and Stream Bank and Channel Stabilization The Contract Time will be Forty-Five (45) consecutive calendar days, and the liquidated damages will be $175 per consecutive calendar day thereafter. Bids for this work will be accepted only under the name of the Bidder to whom the Contract Documents and Addenda, if any, have been issued by the Engineer. Bids received by bidders to whom the Contract Documents were not issued by the Engineer will be returned unopened. State law requires a non-resident bidder to attach/include a copy of his resident state's current law pertaining to such state's treatment of nonresident contractors with their bid. Any bid submitted by a non-resident contractor which does not include the nonresident contractor's current state law shall be rejected and not considered for award. Bids will be considered by the City of Magnolia at or before the next regular meeting thereof to be held within thirty (30) days of the date of receipt of bids. The City of Magnolia reserves the right to waive any and all informalities in the bidding and to reject any and all bids.
