Description

The project involves new lighting, planting and irrigation from 1st Street to North of 5th Street within City and TxDOT ROW, as well as hardscape, planting and irrigation improvements for the Wallace & Talley Roundabout. Volume I consists of approximately 1,500 square yards of planting improvements and a new irrigation area to be added onto an existing metered system and new lighting from 1st Street to North of 5th Street. Volume II of this project includes a new retaining wall, free standing wall, planting, and new irrigation to be added onto an existing metered system at the Wallace & Talley Roundabout.
