Design Build Services for Canopy Covered Walkways at Relocatable Classrooms and Other Selected Locations throughout the District

Provide Design Build Services to deliver canopy covered walkways to, from and among relocatable classrooms. The 2014 facility assessment identified schools where canopies were needed. However, since that time, Portables have been relocated and the scope of the project will need to include all portables that are in use as classrooms. The preconstruction phase of the project will include a review of all sites where this work is needed. Although the sales surtax budget established for this project in 2014 was $5.7 million, additional capital resources are anticipated to address all portables that will be used as classrooms in the 2020-2021 school year. The scope of work may include additional canopy locations as may be directed by the School Board.
