| Description | To purchase, install, and replace 10 (3") Worchester (or equal) actuated two-way control valves in Cooling Water system WV11770 in Building 135, Bay E-20 at the Watervliet Arsenal, NY. The contractor will provide a lump sum cost to cover all Travel, Labor, Equipment and Parts/Materials to complete the following work: -Mobilize to site -Purchase and install a quantity of 10 Worchester 20755W/AF17-4-120/60 actuators or an equal product, with 3" NIBCO or Milwaukee butterfly valves (or equal product), with mounting brackets, fully assembled tested and included shipping. -Purchase fabricate and install 10 new spool pieces for in between globe valves and control valves. -Purchase and Replace existing 3" globe valves. -Proper removal and disposal of all demolished material. -Remove two 8" Welded Caps at end of main header, install two welded flanges with blind flanges for future usage. -Start up system and test. -Demobilize from site. | ||
