Building Official Services - Riverdale High School Renovation

Provide all Building Official Services to renovate Riverdale High School to include updating facilities.Provide Building Official Services to renovate Riverdale High School educational facilities as identified through an updated campus master plan. The campus master plan will address school’s educational demands including: new transportation facilities, classrooms, and gymnasium building; updated campus entryway, administrative space, and math and science facilities; changed parking space and site drainage system; and removal of portables and older classroom space. Design of a minimum of 300 permanent student stations that are currently housed in portables shall be, as well as, potential replacement of 300 student stations that are currently housed in a two-story classroom building. This project is expected to be complete by August, 2025.

Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
