Description

Park Lift Station Rehabilitation Project The deadline to ask questions is 11/17/2022 5:00 PM CST It is the intent of the Contract Documents to provide the requirements and specification for the construction associated with the City of Port Neches, Texas, Park Lift Station Rehabilitation Project. This contract shall provide for the rehabilitation of the Park Lift Station. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the construction of a new dry weather wetwell including new submersible pumps, discharge piping, valves, yard piping, site work, electrical, controls, and a canopy extension with hoist for pumps; new submersible pumps in the existing wet weather lift station, including discharge piping, valves, electrical, controls, and a new hoist for pumps; new electrical building; new site generator; new site fencing and by-pass pumping. In addition, other work shall be performed including the demolishing of existing pumps, discharge piping, suction piping, jib crane, electrical building, generator and diesel tank. This contract shall include all necessary superintendence, labor, materials, equipment, tools, piping, field jointing, cleaning, grouting, excavation, trenching, shoring, fill, grading, backfill, surface restoration, testing, hauling and disposal of excess soils, and incidental items necessary for the construction of the proposed facilities as shown in the plans and documented in the specifications. The Contractor is responsible for the restoration of all disturbed surfaces, including pavement. All surfaces shall be returned to original condition or better. B2201489
