Description

The City of St Augustine is in need of wind and flood proofing key structures within the Wastewater Treatment Plant facility. Protection is required to a height of five (5) feet above local grade. Completion of this project is July 1, 2020 to meet beneficial use prior to one month after the start of the 2020 hurricane season. Required elements to a successful offering are: • lightweight composite materials that are easily transported, maneuvered, and installed by a single person - without the need for mechanical assistance other than a pickup truck and simple hand tools, • customer service office(s) must be located within the state of Florida to ensure timely response • to include - delivery, - installation, - testing, - training, - disassembly, - in plant storage assistance, - lifetime warranty and on-site service.
