| Description | For Citywide On-Call Landscape Architectural Services Proposals shall be received only from persons who obtain Bid Documents from the Board of Contract and Supply, and are duly registered on the list of Bidders. No Bids or Proposals shall be received after 3:15 p.m. on the date set for receipt. Bids shall be addressed to the Board of Contract and Supply and be endorsed on the outside of the envelope with the name of the bidder and the title of work to which it relates. Bids that do not comply with the requirements set for submission shall be considered informal. No contractor will discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, religion, sex, or national origin. The Board of Contract & Supply reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informalities in the bid. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. |
