Description

Collection, Transportation and Disposal of Solid Waste Borough Council will review the bids at its public meeting at Borough Hall on Tuesday August 30, 2022. The bids shall be for One-year 2023; Two-years 2023, 2024; Three-years 2023, 2024, and 2025 with disposal at the Bidders waste disposal site and disposal at the Borough disposal site of Covanta Plymouth Renewable Energy, 1155 Conshohocken, Pa 19428, as selected by the Borough. All bids must be submitted on forms provided by the Borough. All bidders must submit bid security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid. Royersford Borough reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any non-material defects or informalities in any bid, including in the event the Borough decides to provide the services
