Description

These specifications cover the furnishing of all necessary management, labor, supervision, and other items necessary (except as specified as Government-furnished property listed in paragraph 9.1) to satisfactorily perform janitorial services at the Brackish Groundwater National Desalination Research Facility (BGNDRF), Alamogordo, New Mexico. The work is located at BGNDRF, 500 LaVelle Road, Alamogordo, New Mexico 88310. BGNDRF consists of a central research building located on 43 acres consisting of various test areas and water and wastewater delivery systems. The central research building is approximately 15,200 square feet, on one level. Primary areas to be serviced within the building consist of approximately 7,000 square feet.
