This project includes federal funds along with the review and approval of the work by the Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT). All work and contract requirements shall conform to the requirements of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), ARDOT, and the City. After reviewing all of the letters of interest received, selected firms will be furnished a scope of work and requested to submit proposals for accomplishing the work.
