Description

The intent of this specification is to obtain from a qualified contractor the performance of IPM. Integrated Pest Management provides for a comprehensive program to control common pests. The IPM specified is intended to suppress populations of rats, mice, cockroaches, ants, silverfish, and any other arthropod and/or rodent pest not specifically excluded from the contract. Populations of these pests, which are located outside the buildings listed herein, but within the property boundaries of the buildings, are included. This Contract period is January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2025 (three years) with two (2) one-year renewal options, which must be executed in writing and accepted by both parties. The price offered with this bid shall remain the same, with no increase allowed for the second and third years.
