| Description | Aruba WiFi Maintenance Provide basic maintenance and support for Harlandale ISD's Aruba Wireless Network. Our wireless environment is comprised of Aruba equipment including access points and controllers. We use clear pass for 802.1X. . Aruba WiFi Specifications Bidder shall provide Harlandale ISD with a maintenance contract to insure immediate response to wireless network equipment failures. Provide continuous service to the students and the staff by providing technical support to Harlandale ISD's internal network support staff. HISD requests bids for maintenance of the Aruba WiFi equipment to include (but not limited to): 1. Repair and upkeep of eligible hardware including replacement of defective parts and equipment. 2. Basic technical support including configuration changes. 3. Software upgrades and patches, including bug fixes and security patches. 4. Licensing updates and upgrades. 5.
