Floor Repair and Refinishing Maintenance

Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles ("HACLA") issues this Request for Proposals ("RFP") to secure proposals from qualified flooring and floor covering contractors to furnish all labor, supplies, and equipment necessary to perform the installation of sub-flooring, flooring and floor coverings, resilient sheet goods and resilient tile, wood floors and flooring (including the finishing and repairing thereof), and any other materials established as flooring and floor covering material. All Services Work will be provided at HACLA's public housing sites.
