Description

Work consists of a multiple phase interior renovation of the Callahan Eye Hospital including a new elevator, structural, mechanical, electrical, fire alarm, plumbing, and architectural finishes. The work is renovations of the existing Ground Floor through 7th Floor POB elevator lobbies, including modifying an existing elevator shaft, installing a new elevator, and high-rise improvements. Demolition of old and installation of new materials will be part of the work.
