Roof #1: Safety City Classroom Facility - Remove and replace failing EPDM membrane roofing section of the Safety City Classroom building (roof section labeled #1, in Yellow on the included site overview). Roof should be inspected for any damage and sheeting/decking replaced as necessary. Replacement roofing is to be a TPO membrane roof system. Roof #2: Safety City Garage - Remove and replace hail damaged asphalt shingle roof down to deck and replace with new, including felt, flashing, drip edge, boots and vents (roof labeled #2, in Red on the included site overview). Sheeting/decking should be inspected for any damage and replaced as necessary. |
