| Description | The ODNR is in need of landscape/mulch service at the State Fairgrounds, Columbus, Ohio and ODNR Headquarters at 2045 Morse Road, Columbus, Ohio. Several individual tree rings that need reduced from 50 -75% so all contractors are on the same level. Different types of grass seed and soil may need to be used due to tree rooting and shade/sun areas. There are some areas that will just need patched along with soil prep and fertilizer in all areas. We would like for this work to be completed this fall and a touchup/re-seed visit in the spring by the contractor to assure grass is visibly and steadily the growing by May of 2023.
