The Office of Central Procurement for the OSU and A&M Systems is soliciting bids for the Child Care Center Playground project on the OSUIT campus in Okmulgee, OK as described in the Specifications, per the Terms and Conditions. FOB Destination: Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology, Okmulgee, OK Method of Award / Evaluation: Best Value Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology located in Okmulgee, OK is seeking proposals for a child care center playground project. Oklahoma State University is issuing this RFP for the following. The purpose of this bid is to establish a supplier(s) to provide and install specified playground equipment and ProGreen Optimum Play DF Synthetic Turf System per the specifications and drawings at the Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology Child Care Center Playground area. Question Deadline 9/12/23 at 5:00 PM CT. All questions related to the Specifications are to be submitted on the Online Q&A Board associated with the Online Solicitation. Questions are to be submitted individually on the Q&A Board. Any Q&A Submission that contains more than one question or a list of questions in an attachment will be rejected. Bidders are encouraged to monitor the Online Q&A Board associated with the Online Bid while the bid is open, all questions and answers will be published to the Public Q&A Board for review by any associated Bidder. As a note, only the bidder that asks a question will be notified that it has been answered. It is the responsibility of all bidders to ensure they have reviewed the Online Q&A Board prior to submitting their bid response. All clarifications, revisions or changes to the bidding documents will be addressed in writing and published in OK Corral as an Amendment to the event. Bidders will receive an automatic notification of any amendment made to the event. Bidders may access these changes by logging into their profile and accessing the Online Solicitation. Equipment and ProGreen Optimum Play DF Synthetic Turf System is to be installed at the OSUIT Child Care Center Playground site no later than May 1, 2024. The Contractor must agree to commence the Work within 30 calendar days from the date of the NOTICE TO PROCEED (Purchase Order issued by OSU) and to fully complete the Work within 45 consecutive calendar days of the NOTICE TO PROCEED.
