The project consists of but is not limited to: Fire Casualty Loss Repairs The construction estimate range for this project is between $80,000 - $120,000 Each bid must be accompanied by a properly executed Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check on a solvent bank, made payable to the Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority in an amount which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid.
