Touhy Avenue watermain replacement from Caldwell to Lehigh. This Project is include in the Village of Niles's 2023 - 2028 CIP and funding is allotted for FY 23 and FY 24. As of July 13,2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
